Welcome to BPS weekly newsletter - 6th November
Good Afternoon to all our Parents/Guardians,
We hope that everyone had a lovely Half Term break.
As you are aware, the Government have tightened the restrictions in relation to COVID -19. School remains open for all children but we ask that everyone remains viligant when dropping off and collecting your child/ren.
Please take a look at the COVID-19 Guidelines below for the latest information and ongoing steps the school is taking to reduce the risk of spread.
Learning at Home - Self Isolating
Should your child/ren need to self-isolate due to COVID, teachers will set work everyday on the forums to support their learning whilst they are at home. It is expected that this work is completed on a daily basis.
Children In Need 2020
On Friday 13th November, we will be raising money for Children in Need. Children can come to school dressed in anything spotty.
We have received a lot of enquiries from Parents as to when the children will be receiving their flu immunisation. Consent forms will be sent home in book bags week commencing the 16th November with the immunisation taking place in the first week of December.
Please ensure consent forms are completed and returned to school whether consent is given or not.
We are excited to introduce our new Dojo Point achievement system!
Teachers will award children Dojo Points for a variety of reasons including exceptional behaviour and work. Children's achievements will be recognised as they work their way through the levels.
We advise you to wear a mask when dropping off and picking up around the school gate.
